Device Administrator Permission

Volume Unlock requires Device Administrator permission to function. This is a technical requirement for any app that mimics a power button to lock or wake the screen. We do not use this permission to access any personal data.

Permissions

BIND_DEVICE_ADMIN: To lock/wake the screen.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: To start the service automatically after your device restarts (optional).

Data Safety

Standard anonymous data may be collected by Google Play services for crash reporting and installation metrics. Javanware does not have access to personally identifiable information from these services.
