Fyah 105 FM is designed to provide a 24/7 live streaming experience with recording capabilities. **Javanware does not collect, store, or share any personal information about its users.**

The app operates locally on your device to stream audio and save recordings to your internal or external storage.

2. Device Permissions

To provide the broadcast and record functionality, the following permissions are required:

• Storage Access (READ/WRITE): Necessary for saving your audio recordings (AAC format) to your device so you can listen to them later or share them.
• Internet Access: Required to connect to the live broadcast servers and stream audio data.
• Microphone (Optional): Only requested if you choose to record external audio alongside the stream.

3. Third-Party Services

We use standard Google services for basic functionality:

• Google Firebase: Used for anonymous crash reporting and app performance diagnostics.
• Google AdMob: To display non-intrusive advertisements which support the ongoing development of these free tools.

4. Data Safety

Any data processed by third-party SDKs is encrypted in transit. Since we do not collect personal identifiers, there is no data linked to your identity on our servers.
